You
must use this format to recieve credit. you must also turn in the old
copy of your test and all answer sheets. Even if you do not do
rewrites, you need to resubmit your test.

you picked the wrong answer- tell me what makes the answer you selected
incorrect)
- What is the correct answer?
- Tell me why that is the correct answer- EXPLAIN it.
Be
sure to number each question which you rewrite as it was numbered on
the test.
